Morning : After breakfast, you’ll have the chance for a morning game drive in Arusha National Park. Explore the diverse terrain, including the Ngurdoto Crater and Momella Lakes, known for their wildlife and scenic beauty. You may spot giraffes, buffaloes, monkeys, and an array of bird species. This park is also known for its beautiful views of Mount Meru.

Afternoon : After your morning game drive, you’ll leave Arusha National Park and head towards Tarangire National Park, about a 2.5-hour drive. Once you arrive at your lodge in Tarangire, enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and baobab trees, so keep your camera ready for the stunning scenery and wildlife sightings.

Evening : Return to your lodge for a relaxing dinner and unwind after a day of adventure. Enjoy the sounds of the African wilderness as the sun sets over the park.

Morning : Rise early for a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Known for its concentration of elephants, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to see these majestic animals up close, as well as lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species. Tarangire’s dry season brings large groups of animals to the Tarangire River, offering a great chance to witness a variety of wildlife at the water’s edge.

Afternoon : Stop for a picnic lunch at one of the park’s scenic spots, surrounded by the African savannah. Afterward, continue your game drive, exploring more of Tarangire’s diverse landscapes, including open grasslands, riverine forests, and rocky outcrops. Look out for cheetahs and leopards, as well as a wide array of birdlife, including the vibrant lilac-breasted roller.

Morning : After breakfast, you’ll depart from Tarangire and drive toward Lake Manyara National Park, a 2.5-hour journey. Upon arrival, head straight out for a game drive. Lake Manyara is renowned for its stunning landscapes, rich birdlife, and tree-climbing lions. Early mornings offer the best wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elephants, flamingos, and the occasional lion perched high in the trees.

Afternoon : Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park surrounded by nature. After lunch, continue exploring Lake Manyara’s diverse habitats, including its groundwater forests, open plains, and the shoreline of Lake Manyara itself. The park is also home to a variety of primates, including baboons and vervet monkeys, as well as a rich assortment of birds.

Evening : Return to your lodge for dinner. Relax and enjoy the views of Lake Manyara as the sun sets. The peaceful atmosphere will be a perfect end to another exciting day of wildlife exploration.

Morning : After breakfast, you’ll leave Lake Manyara and drive toward Lake Natron, a remote and surreal destination located near the border of Kenya. This is a longer drive (about 4-5 hours), so be prepared for a scenic journey through the Tanzanian countryside. You’ll pass through Maasai villages and rolling hills before reaching the stunning salt lake.

Afternoon : Upon arrival at Lake Natron, enjoy lunch at your lodge with spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding volcanic landscape. In the afternoon, you’ll explore the area, walking along the shores of Lake Natron, which is home to thousands of flamingos, particularly during the breeding season. The lake is famous for its otherworldly appearance, with its reddish waters and stark beauty. The surrounding area is also home to the active Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano, a unique feature of the region.

Evening : Enjoy dinner at your lodge, surrounded by the dramatic scenery of Lake Natron and the volcano. The night skies here are incredibly clear, offering an excellent opportunity for stargazing.

Morning : After breakfast, you’ll have an early morning walk to the nearby waterfalls, located just a short distance from your lodge. These stunning waterfalls are a hidden gem of Lake Natron and provide a peaceful spot to enjoy the beauty of the region. Afterward, you’ll start your drive back to Arusha, a journey that will take approximately 5-6 hours, depending on road conditions.
